Terms of Service — Pourboires Québec

Service. Pourboires Québec, published by Marchand M.C INC. (MC Paiement), is a calculation and record-keeping tool. It applies Revenu Québec's published tip rules to the data in the merchant's Clover account and to the amounts the merchant enters.

The employer remains responsible. The merchant, as employer, remains solely responsible for its tip and payroll obligations: collecting employees' declarations, allocating tips, source deductions, RL-1 slips and the TP-1086.R.1 return. The app is not tax, accounting or legal advice. Have your accountant review your settings (employee categories, eligible order types, attribution rate) before relying on the figures.

Data accuracy. Results depend on how sales, order types, employees and shifts are recorded in Clover. The merchant must check each period before closing it.

Price. Free to install. 24,95 $ per calendar month in which a payroll report is produced (report export or period closing), billed by Clover with the merchant's Clover fees. The month of installation is free. Merchants processing their card payments with MC Paiement may receive the app at no charge.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for penalties or interest resulting from the merchant's filings.

Termination. The merchant may uninstall the app at any time from Clover. Québec law applies; courts of the district of Montréal.
